Spinta dalle recensioni, devo confermare il tutto: molto pulita, istruzioni ben precise e numero di telefono a portata della proprietaria a portata di di mano in caso di necessità. Ovviamente io sono riuscita a sbagliare programma ma poco male, andava bene lo stesso ? C'è la possibilità di mettere il proprio sapone o il loro. Ho usato il loro, ottima profumazione. Ho utilizzato anche l'asciugatrice, costo sopra la media ma ottima. Vorrei rispondere a chi ha consigliato la lavanderia in Via degli Arcipressi: nulla a togliere a loro, dove mi servivo prima, i prezzi si differenziano di un euro circa, ma le condizioni della lavanderia sono importanti e francamente ho preferito spendere un euro in più e avere un pulito nel luogo molto più accurato. I miei piumoni sono al sicuro, puliti e asciutti con loro ? I moved home for less than a year and I still hadn't tried the laundry right next to the house. Driven by the reviews, I have to confirm everything: very clean, precise instructions and a telephone number within reach of the owner at hand in case of need. Obviously I managed to get the program wrong but never mind, it was okay ? There is the possibility to put your own soap or theirs. I used their, great fragrance. I also used the dryer, above average cost but excellent. I would like to reply to those who recommended the laundry in Via degli Arcipressi: nothing to take away from them, where I used to before, the prices differ by about one euro, but the conditions of the laundry are important and frankly I preferred to spend an extra euro and have a much more thorough clean in place. My duvets are safe, clean and dry with them ?

D	Donna Kassin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to find a laundromat in Florence on New Year's Eve, near enough to the Hilton Florence Metropole, and someone at the hotel recommended Amico. It was 4 stops by bus on the 78 from the stop just outside the hotel, and a very short walk from where we got off. There, we met the owner, Paoulo, who was beyond helpful and courteous -- he practically did the loading and emptying of the washers and dryers for us AND gave us a lift back to our hotel with our two suitcases of clean clothes! What more could we possibly have asked for €28, which also included detergent and fabric softener? I recommend Amico highly, especially if you don't speak Italian and need help with all the machine instructions and dispensing machines. Our clothes smell wonderful!

We were a little confused when we got there then Paolo the owner showed up and helped us out. We explained why we were here and he was glad to have us in Florence. We met his wife Patrizia and had a wonderful chat with coffee. An absolute wonderful couple and helpful with their laundry service. Very reasonably priced and you can use credit cards. I highly recommend this business in Florence for your laundry needs.

The owner a very nice gentleman showed us how to use the washer & dryer and helped with showing us how to pay. Next door was a very nice cafe where we had lunch while waiting for our laundry. Also very nice people. When our laundry was done the owner offered to drive us back to our hotel and refused our attempt to pay him. We had wonderful experience just doing our laundry in Italy.
