★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was stranded in Italy after filling my bike with diesel by accident, Andrea agreed to help out despite a 3-4 day backlog in the workshop, not only did he get the bike fixed and running the same day but he was actually calling the towing company chasing to find out where my bike was. I can't speak highly enough of this!
