★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto negativo, io e la mia ragazza possiamo dire di essere stati plagiati. Il proprietario della palestra, il Sig. Christian fa leva sulla sua esperienza e sul fatto che é presidente Csen convincendo i suoi clienti che con il suo metodo raggiungeranno gli obbiettivi in soli 3/4 mesi. Invece la seduta che propone é una normale seduta di training come nelle altre palestre ma al costo di quasi 50€ all'ora. La tabella dietistica che propone é generica ed approssimativa, se avete problemi fisici i trainer non hanno qualifiche per risolverli anzi improvvisano. Non ascolta il cliente e cerca di plagiarlo con prepotenza convincendo all'acquisto di un sacco di integratori dal suo negozio. I locali doccia sono sporchi e disordinati. Dico che la Wellness club é solo un metodo di marketing per tirare su soldi e non una palestra di training.
All negative, my girlfriend and I can say that we have been plagiarized. The owner of the gym, Mr. Christian leverages his experience and the fact that he is president of Csen, convincing his customers that with his method they will reach their goals in just 3/4 months. Instead the session he proposes is a normal training session like in other gyms but at a cost of almost € 50 per hour. The dietary table he proposes is generic and approximate, if you have physical problems the trainers do not have the qualifications to solve them, on the contrary they improvise. He doesn't listen to the customer and tries to bully him by convincing them to buy a lot of supplements from his shop. The shower rooms are dirty and untidy. I say that the Wellness club is just a marketing method to raise money and not a training gym.

Separate room dedicated to functional training, yoga and pilates (mat and reformer). Clean and reserved changing rooms and showers.
