Il personale mi ha avvertito via email poi ho chiamato e sono stati super disponibili. Andrò a trovarli anche in negozio visto che hanno un punto vendita super quotato vicino a me. Chiamo svariate volte perchè non rispondono mai, e quando riesco a trovare qualcuno mi dicono che il prodotto non è più in produzione, mi garantiscono il rimborso a breve. Richiamo una settimana dopo e mi dicono che il rimborso è stato fatto anche se a me non risultava. Ho dovuto aprire il reclamo grazie a pay pal, guardando proprio qui la recensione di Stefano(grazie!). In più si trattava di un regalo di compleanno e ho fatto una figura pessima. In più il prodotto a oggi risulta ancora disponibile sul sito. I ordered a month ago. After 2 weeks not seeing anything arrive I write 2 emails that do not receive any response.
