G	Gianluca Raffa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse dare ancora meno lo farei subito... incompetenza totale!!! ordinato da loro un banalissimo cavo per poter collegare il secondo hard disk all' interno del mio notebook...morale della favola 4 mesi di attesa pagamento anticipato(perché io sono uno corretto) cavo mai ricevuto!!!!mille telefonate mille volte a chiedere informazioni....ma niente....facce da pesci bolliti che ti guardano e non sanno darti spiegazioni!!!ora io dico una cosa... tirate giù la saracinesca e chiudete perché se per una banalità come questa trattate così i clienti non oso immaginare se uno vi porta il PC in riparazione... assolutamente statene alla larga!!! Unica nota positiva: all’ennesimo tentativo di rimediare agli errori di individuazione del mal funzionamento, ho ottenuto il rimborso. Bad service. Although I was guaranteed two days of work, with prepayment, after three months the problem was not solved. The only positive note: on the umpteenth attempt to remedy the errors in identifying the malfunction, I got a refund.

Richiesta di un acconto anticipato, più di 3 mesi e mezzo (lavoro già del tutto pagato) per poi avere indietro un portatile con estetica diversa (nonostante che era stata richiesta di mettere la sua originale più volte) inoltre lo spinotto dell’alimentatore fa scintille al contatto quando lo si inserisce per la carica. Senza contare la splendida Pallina di Carta all’interno del PC per fare da Spessore ad una scheda!!!!!!! Non l’ho più riportato indietro da loro poiché non volevo attendere altri mesi e mesi di riparazione. Morale della favola, preso e portato da tutt’altra parte a farlo aggiustare! AWFUL! I give 1 star because I can't give 0 stars! Request for an advance deposit, more than 3 and a half months (work already fully paid) and then get back a laptop with a different look (despite the fact that it was requested to put its original one several times) and the plug of the power supply sparks on contact when inserting it for charging. Not to mention the splendid ball of paper inside the PC to act as a thickness for a board !!!!!!! I never brought it back to them since I didn't want to wait for more months and months of repair. Non metterei neanche una stella, ma google mi obbliga a farlo. Avoid going to such a place if you care about your devices. Bad service and total incompetence. I wouldn't even put a star, but google obliges me to do so.
