La titolare e le istruttrici, oltre ad essere simpaticissime, sono sempre professionali e disponibili. Mi hanno aiutato tantissimo a ritornare in forma! consigliatissima!!! Wonderful gym: relaxing and stimulating atmosphere. The owner and instructors, as well as being very nice, are always professional and helpful. They helped me a lot to get back in shape! Fun, professional, competent and attentive staff for the single person during training! Thanks to the circuit formula (half an hour a day) I discovered that the quality of a workout is far more effective than the amount of time you dedicate to it!
