★ ★ ★ ★ ★ chiedo un preventivo prima telefonicamente, e poi successivamente di persona, portando con me il copri barca vecchio, richiesto dalla signora , a suo dire la titolare x rendersi conto di cosa si trattava x poi dirmi cosa spendevo x fare il lavoro. circa 3 mesi prima della data riportata sotto per rifacimento telo copri barca. il telo misura mt.3.0 x 2.10.
concordiamo il prezzo e subito mi viene detto dalla titolare , di ritornare in primavera con l 'imbarcazione per effettuare il lavoro.Sabato 23 marzo 2019 mi alzo presto per recarmi in ditta 50 km , con l'imbarcazione.
Appena arrivato la titolare assume un atteggiamento pressochè spaventoso nel vedere la mia barca."una normalissima barca di 6 mt.niente di eccezionale"
quale è stato l'atteggiamento della titolare :poco professionale.
mi aumenta il prezzo e tempi di realizzazione molto lunghi, tutto questo diverso da quello concordato.
alla mia reazione la titolare assume un'atteggiamento scorretto trovando solo continue scuse immotivate ,tutto questo per dire che non è in grado come azienda di garantire il lavoro concordato con la stessa.
Il dialogo o trattativa termina da parte della titolare cacciandomi dall'azienda.
Se tutti i clienti dopo 50 km con a traino una barca che sicuramente non è una passeggiata vengono trattati alla stessa maniera, vuol dire solo che non è da ritenere un Azienda affidabile e capace di garantire determinate tipologie di lavoro.
I ask for a quote first by phone, and then in person, bringing with me the old boat cover, requested by the lady, in her opinion the owner to realize what it was about and then tell me what I spent x doing the job. about 3 months before the date shown below for remaking boat cover. the sheet measures mt.3.0 x 2.10.
we agree the price and I am immediately told by the owner, to return in the spring with the boat to do the work. Saturday, March 23, 2019 I get up early to go to the company 50 km, with the boat.
As soon as the owner arrived, he took on an almost frightening attitude when he saw my boat: "a normal boat of 6 mt.nothing exceptional"
what was the attitude of the owner: unprofessional.
the price increases and the lead times are very long, all this different from the agreed one.
to my reaction the owner assumes an incorrect attitude finding only continuous unmotivated excuses, all this to say that it is not able like company to guarantee the job agreed with the same one.
The dialogue or negotiation ends with the owner hiding from the company.
If all customers after 50 km with a boat that is definitely not a walk are treated in the same way, it just means that it is not a reliable company that can guarantee certain types of work.

Guadagneranno così tanto da trattare le persone con distacco ...e pensare che ero pronto a concludere l'acquisto ....Delusissimo
Experience to say the least negative as to receive information I had to call them 15 times and each time they reassured me by telling me that they would call me back, but nothing. They will earn so much to treat people with detachment ... and to think that I was ready to conclude the purchase .... Very disappointed

Aggiornamento del22/10 .. non sono tra i vostri clienti in quanto il prodotto lo avete fornito a mio suocero... Dopo avervi detto che il prodotto faceva difetto e dopo un anno di telefonate siamo venuti da voi...il signor.Enea si era impegnato a mandare qualcuno e a telefonarmi a distanza di una settimana.. cosa mai successa... Ho richiamato 15 gg fa e mi è stato detto che era in un cantiere e mi avrebbe telefonato... Niente... Ho richiamato questa settimana e mi è stato che mi avrebbe richiamato a mezzogiorno... Ma niente.
Absolutely negative ... a service that does not even deserve to be described ... to be avoided ....
Update of 22/10 .. I am not among your customers as you have provided the product to my father-in-law ... After telling you that the product was defective and after a year of phone calls we came to you ... Mr. Enea he had undertaken to send someone and call me a week later .. what never happened ...
