★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo dato come recensione 1 stella, in quanto dopo 2 telefonate nel mese di luglio al fine di chiedere una consulenza a domicilio (anche a pagamento), al di la di essere stato rassicurato che che qualcuno sarebbe passato, dopo 4 mesi nessuno si era fatto vivo!
Ebbene, il giorno dopo la pubblicazione di tale recensione (negativa), mi hanno chiamato chiedendomi scusa per il servizio mancato, adducendo ad un errore umano la mancata visita.
Beh, io sono soddisfatto. Mi hanno chiesto scusa, e non è da tutti (bravo Emanuele), e siccome tutti sbagliano, come anch'io ho sbagliato in vita mia, ecco il risultato finale della professionalità del Garden Vivai Morselli.
Bisogna essere bravi anche ad ammettere un proprio errore, pertanto 5 stelle!
Tutto è bene quel che finisce bene.
I had given 1 star as a review, as after 2 phone calls in July in order to ask for a home consultation (even for a fee), beyond being reassured that someone would pass, after 4 months no one had done I live!
Well, the day after the publication of this (negative) review, they called me apologizing for the missed service, claiming the missed visit was a human error.
Well, I'm satisfied. They apologized to me, and it's not for everyone (good Emanuele), and since everyone is wrong, as I have made a mistake in my life, here is the final result of the professionalism of Garden Vivai Morselli.
You must also be good at admitting your mistake, therefore 5 stars!
All is well that ends well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivaio splendido e curato, molto meno curata la professionalità e simpatia del personale, almeno della signora a cui ho chiesto informazioni.
Stavo guardando piante da interno (avevo visto una pianta che costava 150€ che avevo intenzione di acquistare) e ho chiesto alla signora se poteva darmi un'informazione.
Senza neanche guardarmi in faccia, fissando il PC mi ha detto: quale?
Le ho detto che le avrei fatto vedere...
Morale:
Sono rimasto ad aspettare che togliesse lo sguardo dal PC per 10 minuti e... non si è mossa di un cm... Sono andato via senza avere una risposta, probabilmente sta ancora guardando il PC!!
Difficilmente tornerò e lo consiglierò
Splendid and well-kept nursery, much less attention is paid to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, at least of the lady I asked for information.
I was looking at indoor plants (I had seen a plant that cost € 150 that I was planning to buy) and I asked the lady if she could give me some information.
Without even looking at my face, staring at the PC he said to me: which one?
I told her I'd show her ...
Moral:
I was waiting for her to take her eyes off the PC for 10 minutes and ... she didn't move an inch ... I left without having an answer, she's probably still looking at the PC !!
I will hardly go back and recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo affidati al garden Morselli e principalmente alla figura di Raffaella, per gli addobbi del nostro matrimonio in location fuori regione. Le composizioni, gli accostamenti dei fiori e dei colori sono stati magnifici, super apprezzati da noi e dai nostri ospiti. Noi avevamo fatto richiesta solo di determinati colori, le meraviglie che sono nate dalle mani di Raffaella e del suo staff ci hanno lasciati a bocca aperta, andando bene oltre le nostre aspettative. Raffaella ha creato un'atmosfera elegantissima e ha diretto con maestria tutto l'evento dal punto di vista delle decorazioni, rimanendo con noi per tutta la durata. Grandi lodi ricevute anche da tutti gli altri operatori (foto e catering) che quel giorno hanno lavorato con lei e con Stefano, suo collaboratore: grande professionalità, disponibilità, raffinata semplicità ma soprattutto pacatezza. Superlativi.
We relied on the Morselli garden and mainly on the figure of Raffaella, for the decorations of our wedding in locations outside the region. The compositions, the combinations of flowers and colors were magnificent, super appreciated by us and our guests. We had requested only certain colors, the wonders that were born from the hands of Raffaella and her staff left us speechless, going well beyond our expectations. Raffaella created a very elegant atmosphere and masterfully directed the whole event from the point of view of the decorations, remaining with us for the entire duration. Great praise also received from all the other operators (photos and catering) who worked that day with her and with Stefano, her collaborator: great professionalism, availability, refined simplicity but above all calmness. Superlatives.
