Mi sono rivolta a loro sia per vacanze estive (un last minute con prenotazione il giovedì e partenza il lunedì), sia per una breve vacanza invernale (quattro fantastici giorni a Praga) sia per il mio viaggio di nozze alle Hawaii. Ogni viaggio è stato organizzato alla perfezione. Efficienti anche quando ho dovuto rinunciare ad una vacanza un giorno prima della partenza. Se devo organizzare un viaggio vado sempre in questa agenzia nonostante non abiti a Verona. Io solitamente mi rivolgo a Serena (Caravano), molto gentile, sempre sorridente e davvero preparata. Ad ogni modo, in caso di necessità e quando Serena non era disponibile, mi sono rivolta ai suoi colleghi che si sono ugualmente rivelati molto cordiali e disponibili nei confronti del "viaggiatore/cliente". If I have to organize a trip I always go to this agency even though I don't live in Verona. I usually turn to Serena (Caravano), very kind, always smiling and really prepared. However, in case of need and when Serena was not available, I turned to her colleagues who also proved to be very friendly and helpful towards the "traveler / client".

Noi non siamo proprio comodi per la strada da fare ,ma ne vale la pena. Veniamo sempre consigliati per il meglio e in base alle nostre esigenze prenotiamo delle vacanze spettacolari .
