A	Alessio Facchelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza lavorativa, WS è una società che si vuole vendere come "moderna" ma in realtà è una realtà padronale dove gli amici e i parenti vanno avanti. In WS non esistono piani di formazione del personale, se non quanto si autoapprende al di fuori dell'orario lavorativo. Vi sono forti pressioni per concludere progetti in tempi ristretti e lavorare quindi più delle 8 ore giornaliere senza averne dei riconoscimenti. Grazie alle conoscenze nel Politecnico vengono arruolati stagisti non pagati e si fa largo uso di contratti a tempo che vengono rinnovati o non rinnovati solo all'ultimo giorno lavorativo. Anche per i dipendenti indeterminati la vita non è semplice: si fa largo uso di sanzioni disciplinari per futili motivi e sono state utilizzate più volte formule di "ristrutturazione aziendale" per lasciare a casa interi reparti e poi ripristinarli tramite contratti con società terze o lavoro temporaneo. Progetti fatti in serie con le stesse tecnologie anche se non sono le più adatte al caso specifico. È un'azienda in cui l'età media è molto bassa, ed in cui si punta molto nella crescita professionale dei collaboratori. Questo avviene grazie alla possibilità di lavorare con clienti di primissimo piano a livello nazionale e internazionale, e per mezzo dell'affiancamento alle figure più senior. Personalmente ritengo che mi abbia dato molto sia dal punto di vista umano che professionale, e la raccomando soprattutto ai giovani come trampolino di lancio per la propria carriera.
