★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo stipulato un abbonamento annuale a febbraio 2020, con l'emergenza sanitaria mi sono trasferita e quindi non ho mai messo piede in palestra. Nonostante ciò ho pagato e chiesto solo la sospensione di 3 mesi. A gennaio 2021 scade l'abbonamento, i mesi di chiusura vengono messi in coda fino ad arrivare ad agosto. Da settembre riparte il nuovo abbonamento annuale ad un prezzo maggiorato annunciato da una mail ovviamente rimasta nello spam. Appena me ne accorgo chiedo di recedere e mi viene chiesto di pagare altri 50€. Quindi oltre l'anno in cui per l'emergenza sanitaria ho pagato senza usufruire della palestra, ho speso altri 100€. Mi sembra che i clienti vi siano venuti in contro ma voi per niente. Potreste agevolare chi come voi da questa situazione ha avuto molti disagi e non continuare a scroccare soldi. Esperienza pessima
I had taken out an annual subscription in February 2020, with the health emergency I moved and therefore I never set foot in the gym. Despite this, I only paid and asked for a 3-month suspension. The subscription expires in January 2021, the closing months are queued up to August. From September the new annual subscription starts again at a higher price announced by an email obviously remained in the spam. As soon as I realize it, I ask to withdraw and I am asked to pay another 50 €. So over the year in which I paid for the health emergency without using the gym, I spent another € 100. It seems to me that the customers have come up against you but you for nothing. You could help those like you who have had a lot of inconvenience from this situation and not continue to scrounge money. Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo abbastanza bene in questa palestra, precedentemente frequentavo quella dello stesso gruppo locata in zona Turro: qui a Lancetti sicuramente è un ambiente più tranquillo e raccolto, riesco ad allenarmi meglio.
Gli attrezzi sono nuovi, i trainer cordiali e la palestra abbastanza spaziosa, i frequentatori sono educati quindi normalmente trovo sempre gli attrezzi al posto giusto e le macchine con i pesi scaricati.
Gli unici "nei" sono:
- non c'è alcuna connessione telefonica all'interno della palestra, quindi non è possibile ricevere chiamate ne usare internet, magari si potrebbe offrire WiFi gratis;
- alcuni strumenti utili sono stati collocati in un area fuori, dove fa freddo, non capisco perché tale area è stata divisa in quella maniera;
- parlare con il customer service tramite numero dedicato è impossibile.
I feel quite comfortable in this gym, previously I attended the one of the same group located in the Turro area: here in Lancetti it is certainly a more peaceful and collected environment, I can train better.
The tools are new, the trainers are friendly and the gym is quite spacious, the patrons are polite so I usually always find the tools in the right place and the machines with the weights unloaded.
The only "in" are:
- there is no telephone connection inside the gym, so it is not possible to receive calls or use the internet, maybe you could offer free WiFi;
- some useful tools have been placed in an area outside, where it's cold, I don't understand why that area was divided in that way;
- talking to the customer service via a dedicated number is impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono oltre 30 anni che giro per le palestre a causa dei miei trasferimenti di lavoro. La palestra in Lancetti è sicuramente più ariosa rispetto a quella in Turro. Purtroppo mi sarebbe venuta più comoda la seconda ma preferisco farmi qualche chilometro in più con lo scooter che vivere l'affollamento in sala attrezzi che si crea già alle 06:00 di mattina in Turro. Anche il costo di abbonamento, confrontato con altre palestra della stessa tipologia, mi sembra più conveniente.
I have been around gyms for over 30 years due to my business transfers. The gym in Lancetti is certainly more airy than the one in Turro. Unfortunately, the second one would have come more convenient but I prefer to do a few more kilometers with the scooter than to experience the crowding in the tool room that already starts at 06:00 in the morning in Turro. Even the subscription cost, compared to other gyms of the same type, seems to me cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra nuova con tutti gli attrezzi essenziali, comoda e ariosa. Le 4 stelle perché purtroppo non c'è campo all'interno ed io ascolto la musica con Spotify e dopo un po si ferma o se per caso devo fare una chiamata di lavoro non riesco (anche se in palestra ci sta scollegarsi dal telefonino). Altra cosa fare la doccia è un optional in più ed io che la faccio sempre dopo l'allenamento mi devo portare il phon soprattutto ora che inizia a fare freddo. Per il resto la palestra è perfetta
New gym with all essential equipment, comfortable and airy. The 4 stars because unfortunately there is no field inside and I listen to music with Spotify and after a while it stops or if by chance I have to make a work call I can't (even if in the gym there is disconnecting from the mobile). Another thing to take a shower is an extra optional and I who always do it after training have to bring the hairdryer especially now that it starts to get cold. For the rest, the gym is perfect
