★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella perchè zero non si può dare. Ordine effettuato e pagato l'8 ottobre, spedito il 12 ottobre, arrivato oggi 23 ottobre. Pacco spedito da Catania verso Roma, inspiegabilmente arrivato a Bologna....tracking non aggiornato, chiamate e email inutili, senza la minima spiegazione o senza una soluzione, la risposta era sempre "ci informeremo, vedremo, contatteremo la persona che segue le spedizioni...." Veramente un'esperienza da non ripetere, può succedere a tutti di avere un contrattempo o un problema con un ordine, ma la differenza la deve fare la gestione del problema, è impensabile lasciare il cliente così in balia di una risposta che non arriva MAI.
 I give a star because zero cannot be given. Order placed and paid on 8 October, shipped on 12 October, arrived today 23 October. Parcel sent from Catania to Rome, inexplicably arrived in Bologna .... tracking not updated, useless calls and emails, without the slightest explanation or solution, the answer was always "we will inform ourselves, we will see, we will contact the person following the shipments. .... "Truly an experience not to be repeated, it can happen to everyone to have a setback or a problem with an order, but the difference must be made by the management of the problem, it is unthinkable to leave the customer so at the mercy of an answer that NEVER comes.
