Penso che non si lavora in questo modo vuol dire che non hanno bisogno di vendere ma bensì solo di chiacchierare con le persone .... La cosa più fastidiosa? La cura del cliente abbastanza trascurata. Attendavamo chiamate che non arrivavano mai.. Non rispondevano a email. Sui social assenti. (conferma di lettura senza risposta) Eravamo costretti a farci viaggi per poter comunicare con loro. Esperienza da non ripetere. In my personal experience 1 star is enough. They order a fridge on December 9th. To date no news ... We have been forced to look elsewhere. The most annoying thing? There quite neglected customer care. We were waiting for calls that never came .. They weren't replying to emails. On social absent. (read receipt without answer) We had to travel there in order to communicate with them.
