Nemmeno un buongiorno o un arrivederci, risposte a monosillabi se non un solo cenno con la testa quando chiedi la disponibilità di una scarpa da provare. Dato le altre recensioni sarà stata di cattivo umore, una brutta giornata capita a tutti, ma se si fa un lavoro come questo l’impatto coi clienti è fondamentale.
