★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non esiste una valutazione che vada al di sotto della prima stella?!Purtroppo non tutte le aziende sono professionali...in base alla mia esperienza posso solo dire incompetenza assoluta e professionalità sotto zero... dopo 4 mesi... aspettiamo un orologio al quale si doveva sostituire una macchina e dopo innumerevoli chiamate in cerca di spiegazioni e altrettante innumerevoli scuse dateci per prendere tempo non sanno ancora darci alcun tipo di notizia... nel frattempo chi ci rimette la faccia con il cliente finale siamo sicuramente noi che lavoriamo al dettaglio...
Isn't there an evaluation that goes below the first star?! Unfortunately not all companies are professional ... based on my experience I can only say absolute incompetence and professionalism below zero ... after 4 months ... we wait for a watch to which we had to replace a car and after countless calls in search of explanations and as many innumerable excuses given us to take time, they still cannot give us any kind of news ... in the meantime, those who lose their face with the end customer are certainly us who work retail...

I didn't use to repair a single watch but many more, and I must say that every time I found seriousness and professionalism at the level of excellence, I have nothing negative to say, everyone is free to choose their own watch repairer , I chose WATCH SERVICE and I will choose it again.
