Sono attenti alle esigenze del cane sospendendo la tolettatura nel caso lo vedano stressato, premiandolo con gustosi snack. Ho potuto anche notare la pulizia dei locali sia nella zona di accoglienza che nella parte dedicata alla tolettatura. Consiglio sicuramente Wash Dog!! Ha funzionato veramente. A fine trattamento un pelo lucidissimo e da subito ho notato che perde molti meno peli. E per un cane che vive in casa fa davvero la differenza! Personale qualificatoe gentile e anche molta pulizia nel locale. Pienamente soddisfatta. I wanted to try "stripping" for my dog, a treatment that, especially during the moulting period, allows dead hair, which would then fall, to come off. It really worked. At the end of treatment a very shiny coat and immediately I noticed that it loses much less hair. And for a dog that lives at home it really makes a difference! Qualified and kind staff and also a lot of cleaning in the room. Fully satisfied.

Massimo è stato molto gentile nel spiegarmi come funziona ogni cosa(anche se non mi ricordavo tutte le cose, è venuto a farmi vedere un'altra volta come si fa) ambiente pulito e accogliente. Buono il costo del ciclo completo si ha un notevole risparmio rispetto la toelettatura classica. Super consigliato. I macchinari sono funzionali per un buon lavaggio e l'asciugatura. E i prodotti venduti hanno ottime profumazioni. C'è la pedana per far salire i cani di taglia grande nella vasca. Ce ne vorrebbe una anche per il tavolo. Consigliatissimo! Comfort and efficiency. The owner is always available and kind. Parking is directly outside the shop. The machines are functional for good washing and drying. And the products sold have excellent fragrances. There is a platform for letting large dogs into the tub. We would also like one for the table. Highly recommended!
