Dopo avermi chiesto una breve storia del cane Emanuele mi ha chiesto di portarlo un'oretta prima del dovuto perchè potesse prenderci confidenza e metterlo a suo agio prima della toelettatura. Quando si dice prender sul serio il proprio mestiere. Superprofessionale!
I brought my dog 4 days after taking it from the kennel, clearly still scared. After asking me for a brief history of the dog, Emanuele asked me to bring him an hour ahead of time so that he could gain confidence and put him at ease before grooming. When they say they take their job seriously. Super-professional!
