★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premessa che mi sono trovata sempre bene in tutti i wash dog di Firenze,ho la tessera da anni perché trovo questo servizio perfetto avendo un cane di grossa taglia e posso lavarlo a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. In ogni negozio ho sempre trovato gentilezza,professionalità e disponibilità, qui a Novoli ho trovato la proprietaria,credo, molto scorbutica e poco carina e per un pezzo di scottex, ha perso una cliente,a chi legge questa recensione assicuratevi di farvi rimanere qualche centesimo per pulire bene il box dove lavate il vostro peloso!

Per lavare io stessa il mio cane di taglia media spendo qui al washdog mediamente 25 euro. A questo prezzo trovo facilmente chi me lo lava! Le due stelle sono dovute solo alla comodità di poter lavare il cane da soli in qualsiasi momento della giornata.
.in risposta alla sua risposta, quando sono arrivata, c'era un cane libero nel suo negozio e ho aspettato e chiesto inutilmente se io potessi entrare, ma lei non rispondeva, alla fine sono entrata e quel cane ha continuato a stare libero. Alla fine, mentre pulivo il box il mio cane si stava slegando e ho chiesto se potevo lasciarla un attimo ma lei ha detto no..strano! Quando un altro cane è rimasto almeno 30 minuti libero.
X quanti riguarda i miei figli, di 4 e 5 anni si sono seduti in attesa che io finissi di lavare il cane! E sono scesi quando lei in malo modo li ha brontolati! Se ha qualcosa da dire, lo dice a me, non ai miei figli. Si parla tra adulti!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un maltesino che faccio fatica a pettinare perché non sta mai fermo ed è sempre sporco perché gli piace correre e rotolarsi nell'erba: in poche parole è tutto meno che un cane da salotto. Tutta questa premessa per dire che almeno una volta al mese lo porto da Francesca e devo dire che sia io che Casper siamo soddisfatti per il risultato ottenuto: io perchè è tutto curato e candido, lui perché lo viziano e certe volte gli danno anche il gelato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disgusting rude , I called to ask if they had whitening shampoo and she hung up on me, i called back again and i heard a women on the other side of the phone then she hung up again, the third time I asked if the call was failing or if she was hanging up. I heard her scoff/laugh then hang up again. Being the first dog groomer that pops up when you google it, she should be more polite to phone questions. probably because i didnt speak italian. tried it from my friends phone aswell so it was not a phone problem
