Dall'8 gennaio ripetute telefonate, sopralluoghi e contatti di ARS con la ditta produttrice che ha scaricato ogni responsabilità dicendo che è tutto normale. Fortunatamente alla fine ARS ha deciso di venirci incontro sostituendo il materasso incriminato con uno simile. Si sono sicuramente trovati in una brutta posizione ma non hanno abbandonato il cliente. Quindi modifico la mia precedente recensione con un CORRETTI! Grazie! Purchased mattress for about € 1,000. After less than 2 years she made a nice basin on the side where my husband sleeps, who weighs 87Kg. Since January 8, ARS repeated phone calls, inspections and contacts with the manufacturer who discharged all responsibility saying that everything is normal. Fortunately, in the end ARS decided to help us by replacing the offending mattress with a similar one. They have certainly found themselves in a bad position but have not abandoned the customer.
