★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di servirmi per delle tende. Ho chiesto delle tende per le finestre (che funzionano bene) ed una tenda ad anelli per uso interno più volte ribadito che fosse PIANA alias PIATTA e di una stoffa un po' più pesante di quella delle finestre.
Invece me l'hanno data plisettata (che oltre a stonare con l'ambiente genera pure disagio).
Non capisco perché quando il cliente parla le cose che dice non vengono scritte etenute in considerazione
