★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il prodotto merita 5 stelle, è davvero straordinario, giustificato il prezzo superiore alla media (nel mio caso 9 metri quadrati x mille euro) grazie ad una qualità davvero eccezionale.
Ma la mia recensione fortemente negativa si basa su una pessima gestione del post vendita.
Credo che la serietà di un'azienda la si veda nella gestione dei problemi, vendere è abbastanza semplice, gestire gli incidenti che si possono incontrare è merce rara in questo periodo, totalmente e presuntuosamente assente nell'azienda in questione.
Nel mio caso, un evidente, palese e dimostrato errore di stampa A LORO IMPUTABILE, per il quale senza batter ciglio si sarebbe dovuto intervenire IMMEDIATAMENTE con la pronta sostituzione della tappezzeria e (forse) delle scuse, si è invece trasformato in un terribile incubo fatto di mancate risposte, silenzi, incazzature clamorose e minacce legali prima di poter ottenere la apparentemente scontata e legittima sostituzione .
Senza che MAI qualcuno si prestasse ad una telefonata per risolvere la questione, comunicando sempre e solo tramite mail ...bah ....ma vi sembra normale questa cosa ?!
Quindi credo che gli acquisti in modalità "Roulette Russa" dove ottieni tutto (se si azzecca il colpo) o niente (se sei sfortunato) non si possano conciliare con la vendita di prodotti "prestigiosi" visto che aziende più piccole, anche a fronte di vendite decisamente più modeste, nella mia personale esperienza, si sono comportate in maniera attenta nei confronti del cliente.
Bocciatisimi !!!!

The product deserves 5 stars, it is truly extraordinary, the above-average price justified (in my case 9 square meters x one thousand euros) thanks to a truly exceptional quality.
But my strongly negative review is based on bad after-sales management.
I believe that the seriousness of a company can be seen in the management of problems, selling is quite simple, managing the accidents that can be encountered is a rare commodity in this period, totally and presumptuously absent in the company in question.
In my case, an obvious, clear and proven printing error THEY ACCOUNTABLE, for which without batting an eyelid IMMEDIATELY had to intervene with the prompt replacement of the upholstery and (perhaps) an apology, instead it turned into a terrible nightmare made of missed answers, silences, sensational pisses and legal threats before we can get the apparently obvious and legitimate replacement.
Without EVER anyone lending a phone call to resolve the issue, always and only communicating via email ... bah .... but does this seem normal to you?!
So I believe that purchases in "Russian Roulette" mode where you get everything (if you hit the spot) or nothing (if you are unlucky) cannot be reconciled with the sale of "prestigious" products since smaller companies, even in the face of decidedly more modest sales, in my personal experience, behaved attentively towards the customer.
Flatter me !!!!
