One of the most authentic restaurants in Milan. You can find here old hardcore locals and young tourists, price is fair for the big portions. I suggest risotto allo zafferano with ossobuco.

We visited the place on our first night in Milano but it was impossible to find a free table so we made a reservation for our last night. The restaurant is a family business and has an intimate atmosphere. The osso-buco with risotto was excellent although a little bit pricey but then again, the portion was huge. All in all, I have to recommend this place!

Staff is friendly and welcoming. The vintage setting and all the pictures give you and idea of what Milan was in the past. Best place to have a traditional historical Milanese meal!

Best so far we ate in Milan. Ossobuco is a must. Risotto was perfectly cooked and spiced. Just it was perfect dish. Also, salami they had for the antipasti was something. Itβ€˜s chewy and tasteful.

Excellent traditional Milanese cuisine. We tried the ossobuco with risotto, the Boar with polenta, the fettuccine allo stracotto and tagliatelle with mushroom. Good wine list and great service. Very traditional place. Not cheap, but very good.

Definitely hole in the wall place. We enjoyed their mushroom pasta and Ossobuco a lot. The staffs were very friendly and witty. I liked the fact that this restaurant seems like generational foodie spot loved by the locals.
