★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice sushi, good prices, and the staff are nice. But let's get down to the nitty gritty. We ordered a mix plate of 6 maki's, which should've contained 2 salmon, 2 tuna, and 2 yellow turnip. What we got is 2 salmon, 2 shrimp and 2 avocado. Doesn't sound bad, but I'm allergic to shellfish. And there was also some shrimp inside the salmon maki too. Luckily I saw it otherwise it would've been an interesting evening. If the chef is reading this, you cannot substitute tuna for shellfish! Or atleast tell us and let us decide! As a nice gesture, the staff gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are somehow sushi-addicted but also picky in selecting places for dinner... therefore, we feel very lucky in having Wafu Sushi nearby our place in Rome! High quality ingredients (especially fresh fish) and super-nice service, feeling like at japanese friends place :-) We highly recommand Wafu Sushi also for lunch because of its wonderful terrace facing the sun and enjoying the view of the ancient Aurelian roman walls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small place ideal for cozy sushi dinner. Very good quality food and generous serving of wine at a reasonable price, very attentive and friendly lady staff. The remaining star is for the fact that our lunchbox order (no 65 in the menu) of prawns, eels and salmon on a bed of rice came differently- raw salmon cubes and some other fish. It’s still delicious but we had so much salmon already from the sushis so it was in the end a struggle to finish. Despite this little mishap, overall it’s a better sushi experience than the one we had the other day.
