★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschöner Wanderweg mit tollen Aussichten. Allerdings auch sehr gut besucht.
 Beautiful hiking trail with great views. However, it is also very well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein wunderschöner, weitgehend ebener Spazierweg. Recht schmal am Wasserkanal für den Weinberg und den Apfelbäumen entlang. Sehr romantisch und leicht zu laufen.
A beautiful, largely flat promenade. Quite narrow along the water channel for the vineyard and the apple trees. Very romantic and easy to walk around.

dal paese centro di Lagundo percorrendo la strada in direzione Velloi/Parcines o da Foresta arrivando dalla Mebo ,, giunti alla diga c'è un incrocio e si svolta a destra per direzione Lagundo dove dopo 200 mt vi è un parcheggio grande per auto . Da li comincia la Waalweg che nel primo tratto è stato rifatto tutto nuovo, a dir poco fantastico
Adatto per passeggini , percorso a piedi con bambini .
La via dell'acqua / ruscello che vi è accanto per tutto il percorso vi rinfrescherá l'aria anche nelle giornate piú calde
You can get there from 2 points
from the center of Lagundo along the road towards Velloi / Parcines or from Foresta coming from Mebo, upon reaching the dam there is an intersection and turn right towards Lagundo where after 200 meters there is a large car park. From there begins the Waalweg which in the first part has been completely redone, nothing short of fantastic
Suitable for strollers, walking path with children.
The water / stream path that is next to you all the way will refresh the air even on the hottest days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schön anstrengend hoch zu laufen. Danach muss man sich unbedingt im Biergarten Tirol belohnen.
Nice strenuous walk up. Afterwards, you definitely have to reward yourself in the Tyrolean beer garden.

Wir sind vom Dorf Tirol hingelaufen. Ich vermute mal, es ist in etwa eine Stunde. Man kann ohne Probleme zwischendrin aussteigen und mit dem Bus nach Meran fahren. Das dauert rund 10 min
Very nice Waalweg. However, we liked the one from Lana to Merano better.
We walked there from Dorf Tirol. I guess it'll be in about an hour. You can get off in between without any problems and take the bus to Merano. This takes around 10 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschöner Waalweg! Jetzt war ich schon so oft in Meran und habe den erst jetzt (Sept. 21) entdeckt! Sind mit dem Sessellift nach Dorf Tirol gefahren und dann über das Schloss Tirol zum östlichen Eingang gelaufen und zurück nach Meran über den Tappeinerweg. Schöne Wanderung, auch der 10-jährige war happy - mit dem Wasserlauf nebendran gibt es immer was zu sehen und zu tun.
Empfehlung!
Wonderful Waalweg! I have been to Merano so often now and have only discovered it now (Sept. 21)! We took the chairlift to Tirolo and then walked over Tirol Castle to the eastern entrance and back to Merano via the Tappeinerweg. Nice hike, the 10-year-old was happy too - with the watercourse next to it there is always something to see and do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richtig schöner, gut zu gehender Waalweg. Tolle Aussicht und körperlich nicht wirklich anstrengend. Ich genieße es förmlich dort entlang zu gehen.
Really nice, easy to walk Waalweg. Great view and not really physically demanding. I really enjoy walking there.
