Ho ricevuto sms ed email da "Gruppo poste italiane-sda" quando è partito l'ordine e quando era in consegna (il giorno seguente!) con la tracciabilità.
Buoni i prezzi e, in caso di necessità, mi rivolgerò senz'altro nuovamente a Corso 101-Vulpitta. Non escludo di fare un giro a Rimini per andare a vedere di persona dalla mia città. Grazie, anna maria
 Order processed quickly and package delivered perfectly intact.
I received sms and emails from "Gruppo Poste Italiane-SDA" when the order was sent and when it was delivered (the following day!) With traceability.
Good prices and, in case of need, I will certainly turn to Corso 101-Vulpitta again. I do not rule out taking a trip to Rimini to go and see in person from my city. Thank you, anna maria

Dopo aver effettuato un ordine di n. 2 panettoni Perbellini (pezzi comunque rari da trovare) in data 03/12/21 e dopo aver pagato la merce con bonifico il 13/12/21, ieri ho ricevuto una chiamata dove mi avvisavano che i panettoni che avevano riservato per la mia prenotazione erano stati venduti.
Chiedendo spiegazioni mi sono sentito dire che hanno giustamente venduto la merce perchè il pagamento non è stato effettuato subito e evidenziando che mi era stata inviata una mail di sollecito, ma che di sollecito non aveva nulla. La mail enunciava solo che la merce era pronta e nel momento del pagamento sarebbe stata inviata.
Di rimando mi sento dire che secondo le loro condizioni di vendita la merce viene messa da parte ed il cliente ha 15gg per effettuare il pagamento ed invece dopo 10gg hanno provveduto a spedirle nonostante fosse impegnata con il mio ordine.
A meno di 10gg. dal Natale non posso più avere ciò che mi hanno venduto e con ogni probabilità non troverò altri pezzi in commercio essendo che la casa madre ha fermato la produzione.
Poco seri, molto mercenari.

Bad. After placing an order for no. 2 Perbellini panettone (pieces however rare to find) on 03/12/21 and after having paid for the goods by bank transfer on 13/12/21, yesterday I received a call where they informed me that the panettone they had reserved for my reservation they had been sold.
Asking for explanations, I was told that they rightly sold the goods because the payment was not made immediately and highlighting that a reminder email was sent to me, but that there was nothing reminder. The email only stated that the goods were ready and would be sent at the time of payment.
In return I hear that according to their conditions of sale the goods are put aside and the customer has 15 days to make the payment and instead after 10 days they have proceeded to send them despite being busy with my order.
Less than 10 days. from Christmas I can no longer have what they sold me and in all probability I will not find other pieces on the market since the parent company has stopped production.
Not serious, very mercenary.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greetings from Greece! I recently received my online order of two packages! Online order was easy and prompt, dispatch of the items was immediate and delivery was made with dhl which is always a trustworthy service! I received my order 2 days earlier than expected and even though one of the packages was slightly mistreated the inside was fully intact because of the care they took to pack it! Even though I did not expect it every easter egg had it's own bag and the best before day is in a long time( I was also worried about it).All and all even though I was very worried in the begging I have to say they were excellent and will definitely have them in mind for next time.
