Personale menefreghista in quanto abbiamo richiesto un appuntamento lì da voi, abbiamo lasciato un recapito telefonico e non vi abbiamo mai sentiti. Perché darvi lavoro se ne avete già tanto????????? Coi miei soldi a sto punto vado dove voglio. Not very serious company and not available at all. Indifferent staff as we requested an appointment there, we left a telephone number and we never heard from you. Why give you work if you already have so much ????????? I'm going where I want with my money at this point.

Esteticamente bellissimi, prestazioni eccellenti, sia d’estate che d’inverno. La consulenza di Fabrizio nella scelta dei vetri, sia per l’efficienza termica che per l’isolamento dal rumore (ho una strada molto trafficata davanti alla casa) è stata un valore aggiunto fondamentale. Ricevo ancora oggi i complimenti dagli amici che quando vengono a casa mia rimangono impressionati nel vedere le auto che passano senza sentirne il rumore! After 3 years from the renovation of my house, I am fully satisfied with the windows supplied by the Volpato company. Aesthetically beautiful, excellent performance, both in summer and in winter. Fabrizio's advice in choosing glass, both for thermal efficiency and for noise insulation (I have a very busy road in front of the house) was a fundamental added value. I still receive compliments from my friends who are impressed when they come to my house to see the cars go by without hearing the noise!

Ciò nonostante ho lasciato i miei recapiti ad un cortese addetto che mi ha detto che mi avrebbero chiamato per un appuntamento dato che sarebbero stati sempre aperti tranne la settimana di Ferragosto. A metà della settimana dopo, non avendo avuto riscontro, ho chiamato e lasciato nuovamente i miei recapiti e così la settimana successiva. Nessuno ha mai richiamato. Sono contento per l'azienda e per il molto lavoro che sembra dover gestire; ciò nonostante se questa è l'attenzione che danno ai clienti preferisco senz'altro rivolgermi altrove. I went to the Albaredo store around the third week of July. I couldn't speak to anyone because they only received by appointment due to COVID. Nevertheless I left my contact details to a courteous employee who told me that they would call me for an appointment as they would always be open except for the week of August. In the middle of the following week, having received no response, I called and left my contact details again and so the following week. Nobody ever called back. I am happy for the company and for the lot of work it seems to have to manage; nevertheless, if this is the attention they give to customers, I certainly prefer to turn elsewhere.

Sempre disponibili a incontri presso il loro show room dove hanno una vasta scelta di campioni per indirizzare il cliente verso le sue esigenze. Date di consegne rispettate anche in condizioni critiche del mercato e assistenza in cantiere a livello delle migliori aziende sul mercato.
