Io e la mia famiglia , consigliati, abbiamo acquistato una vetrata di 5m x 2,9m per chiudere un porticato e renderlo sfruttabile tutto l'anno. E' bella sia esteticamente che funzionale, le vetrocamere ed il flitro UV isolano sia dal freddo che dal caldo. In più sfruttando il piano casa abbiamo recuperato 20m^2. Competent and professional. Poco dopo aver acquistato i serramenti, il rivestimento in pellicola sugli stessi, soprattutto in corrispondenza degli angoli, si è completamente scollato. Dopo innumerevoli segnalazioni telefoniche (per circa tre anni), non ho avuto riscontro. A distanza di anni, il titolare ha effettuato un sopralluogo e ha affermato che il problema non è a loro nuovo, ma non hanno soluzioni. Ritengo che questo problema non sia dovuto a nessun tipo di usura ma ad un problema tecnico e costruttivo (vizio occulto), che un'azienda seria e competente dovrebbe risolvere. Al primo problema abbiamo inviato una mail di segnalazione e, invece di provare a trovare una soluzione, ci hanno risposto tramite il loro avvocato di arrangiarci. Mai più. Chiarotto, era da me alle 8.30 del giorno dopo in cui ho fatto richiesta, la spiegazione è stata esaustiva e anche la disponibilità dal punto di vista dei pagamenti. Non solo sono stati puntuali nella posa, mi hanno anche avvisata più di 10 gg prima. Nel giro di un giorno 7 finestre, 3 porte finestre e 4 finestre, sono state montate e i ragazzi sono rimasti ben oltre l'orario canonico, inoltre quando son tornata a casa ho trovato tutto in ordine senza dover dare io una ripulita. Dal punto di vista economico è un'azienda più che seria e che ha saputo venirmi incontro nei pagamenti dato che ero senza serramenti da settembre '18 vivendo comunque la casa (ordinati all'inizio del 2019 per varie peripezie). Sono convinta che in caso di problemi anche li saranno tempestivi nell'intervento. Nothing to dispute.
