Piatti presentati in modo impeccabile e di buona qualità. Cantina ben rifornita con diverse etichette regionali e non. Purtroppo è un problema il parcheggio in quanto il ristorante è situato in centro città. Prezzi medio alti. Personale attento e gentile. Servizio molto lento. Beautiful location with treated exposed brick ceilings. Kitchen open onto the hall. Two tasting and à la carte menus. Dishes impeccably presented and of good quality. Well stocked cellar with various regional and non-regional labels. Unfortunately parking is a problem as the restaurant is located in the city center. Medium-high prices. Attentive and kind staff. Very slow service.

Very nice place, excellent service, well presented and cooked dishes, portions not very large, good bread, some things to review in the desserts (zabaglione foam) a little expensive wines.

Vale invece un viaggio fino ad Asti il "Volli restaurant" dello chef Marco Toso che prende il nome dalla celebre frase dell'astigiano V. Alfieri: "Volli, e volli sempre, fortissimamente volli". Ambiente raffinato con pregiate volte di mattoni a vista e parti delle antiche mura in evidenza. Arredi moderni. Cucina a vista. I piatti, come dallo chef definiti, sono tradizionalmente creativi e la cura dei dettagli è maniacale. Cantina ben rifornita con etichette locali e nazionali. Prezzi assolutamente compatibili con lo standard del locale. Non posso consigliare alcun piatto in particolare perché tutto quello che abbiamo provato è stato veramente eccezionale, delicato, un piacere per il palato. La direzione della sala è affidata a Chiara, fidanzata dello chef che ci ha empaticamente accompagnato in questo viaggio tra i sapori. Lo chef è persona squisitamente semplice ed attenta ed al termine del pranzo ha voluto conoscere le nostre sensazioni. Il Volli, a mio modesto parere e dopo aver provato locali stellati, è sulla buona strada per ottenere la prima stella Michelin. Basta volerlo....Volli, e Volli sempre, fortissimamente volli. Complimenti. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Consiglio di posteggiare l'auto in Piazza Campo del Palio. I tell my 22,000 readers that the Asti Christmas market is not worth the trip !! Open kitchen. The dishes, as defined by the chef, are traditionally creative and the attention to detail is obsessive. Well stocked cellar with local and national labels. Prices absolutely compatible with the local standard. I cannot recommend any particular dish because everything we have tried has been truly exceptional, delicate, a pleasure for the palate. The management of the room is entrusted to Chiara, the chef's girlfriend who empathically accompanied us on this journey through flavors. The chef is an exquisitely simple and attentive person and at the end of the meal he wanted to know our sensations. The Volli, in my humble opinion and after having tried starred restaurants, is well on its way to obtaining its first Michelin star. It is enough to want it .... I wanted, and I always wanted, very strongly I wanted. Congratulations. We will certainly return. I recommend parking your car in Piazza Campo del Palio.

Ci tornerò volentieri. Da capire se la lista dei vini varia nel tempo oppure no. Beautiful experience. Classy staff like the place. The menu is all to try. Cost definitely aligned with the quality of the place, food and service. I will gladly return. To understand if the wine list varies over time or not.
