★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che io di solito vado alla banca di Belvedere ,ho trovato il personale scortese e troppo occupato a chiaccherare con un' amica piuttosto che servire il cliente .In più lo sportello esterno per prelevare era da riempire e la commessa ha detto esplicitamente che se proprio volevamo prelevare dovevamo farlo alla cassa ( pagando il supplemento della transazione ovviamente) perché ora non poteva , quando eravamo solo tre clienti e tutti e tre che volevano prelevare dallo sportello esterno!Poca voglia di fare non é ovviamente colpa della banca ma dovrebbe valutare meglio il personale che assume !!!!
I state that I usually go to the bank of Belvedere, I found the staff rude and too busy to chat with a friend rather than serve the customer. In addition, the external door to withdraw was to be filled and the contract explicitly said that if you own we wanted to withdraw we had to do it at the cash desk (paying the transaction supplement of course) because now he couldn't, when we were only three customers and all three of them wanted to withdraw from the external counter! Little desire to do is obviously not the bank's fault but should better evaluate the staff who hires !!!!
