Ho acquistato un abito incompleto (mea culpa) in attesa di un articolo mancante, mai arrivato, sostituito da loro iniziativa con qualcosa di diverso da ciò che avevano proposto durante l’acquisto. Ho chiesto la sostituzione degli articoli, x togliermi dalla confusione con un abito completo, ma anche questa soluzione mi è stata negata dal venditore. Non lo consiglio, mai più in questo negozio.
No professionalism. I purchased an incomplete dress (mea culpa) waiting for a missing item, never arrived, replaced by their own initiative with something different from what they had proposed during the purchase. I asked for the items to be replaced, to get out of the confusion with a full suit, but even this solution was denied me by the seller. I do not recommend, never again in this shop.
