I highly recommend it, I was with my family for a visit from relatives and we all loved, cared for and clean environments. Availability and kindness from the owners really excellent, excellent and abundant breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location. Quiet place and 5 minutes from the center of Barletta which is a beautiful town. Our room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Owners available people. I feel to express a recommendation on the breakfast should be more 'varied and complete.

Nice place, in the countryside but very close to Barletta and other places of interest. Very caring owner, offers different accommodation options according to your needs. Possible breakfast and use of the swimming pool with separate payment

I stayed here and I have to say unfortunately only for 2 days because I found myself really but really well and I have to thank above all Cav. Francesco Damico his kindness and sympathy, the excellent cleaning of very warm and fragrant different functional rooms each other (what makes them even more beautiful and unique), delicious breakfast and to close the swimming pool with Jacuzzi which is It was nothing short of fantastic. We hope to be able to return here and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a bit of tranquility in the middle of the green outside the city in complete relaxation

In August it is always difficult to find accommodation for 5 people, but we managed, as well as being lucky to find this wonderful place, we found a family beyond any wonder ... Location not suitable for disabled people. I want to inform, people with walking difficulties not to book in this place, apart from the little empathy of the manager, and also the little education in the answers (it was my job, I have a degree in catering and tourist services) before I fell ill I I have always done this job, so I know perfectly well how to interact politely with the customer, but apart from that, let's move on to the important points: room for the disabled with entrance door to the bathroom in front of the bed so to enter the bathroom in a wheelchair, you had to move the bed every time, bathroom in poor hygienic conditions, rust, black sanitary ware oxidized by humidity, even the towels were damp (I have lots of photos that demonstrate the degradation) small bathroom, perfect for the able-bodied but for those in a wheelchair you don't turn around , the first evening we raise the bedspread stained and damp sheets, like the rest of the room, with the split aimed at 28 degrees the temperature did not rise above 19 "C, last but not least ... breakfast ... 1 voucher for 1 coffee and 1 croissant at the bar, if you wanted the coffee correct the barista made you add 30 hundredths of a difference ... Crazy stuff !!! Technically it was supposed to be a continental breakfast on site (according to the manager around the corner) 2 km from the residence and inaccessible for wheelchairs, so after the first day we had breakfast with the voucher in the car, we left them the breakfasts without consuming them, I went with my husband to another bar, where I paid for breakfast, with great satisfaction. I close with, we slept 3 nights, in the low season at € 70 per night ... with all the inconveniences listed, we stayed because the manager asks for prepayment without refund ... so there was little choice, if you are in a wheelchair and booking It offers you stay away !!!!
