Valutano le case a prezzo alto per prendere l’incarico di vendita. per poi prendere proposte basse per far scoraggiare il proprietario a vendere in fretta. Avevo dato l’incarico a questa agenzia convincendomi dalla loro valutazione. dopo due settimane mi hanno chiamato in ufficio con una proposta falsa formalizzata da loro con un prezzo bassissimo di 215 mila (valore casa in pubblicità 330 mila) Il loro intento era quello di abbassare il valore della casa perché hanno in banca dati persone che gli pagano più commissioni per fare questo giochetto. All’inizio molti mi avevano sconsigliato di vendere con questa agenzia. Avevano pure mentito di aver venduto nella stessa via una casa con lo stesso prezzo di pubblicità.. NON CASCATECI. BEWARE ...
