★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo conosciuto Matteo Perego di TempoCasa anni fa quando abbiamo venduto la casetta di mio papà.
Ci stupì la sua grande energia e l'infinita tenacia nel raggiungere gli obiettivi concordati.
Non ti lascia mai solo, da sempre feed-back costanti e ahimè ti stressa (..e parecchio) se non gli mandi i documenti di cui ha bisogno lo trovi
sotto casa che ti aspetta!!
Sono passati cinque anni buoni da allora, l'abbiamo ritrovato con sommo piacere mio e del marito per la vendita della casa di mia suocera (scomparsa da poco).
Non è cambiato nulla, stessa agenzia e stesso Matteo, che dire. . . due mesi e con le vacanze Natalizie di mezzo la casa è stata venduta in modo soddisfacente.

We met Matteo Perego from TempoCasa years ago when we sold my dad's house.
We were amazed by his great energy and infinite tenacity in achieving the agreed goals.
He never leaves you alone, he always has constant feed-backs and alas he stresses you (... and a lot) if you don't send him the documents he needs, you can find him
under the house waiting for you !!
Five good years have passed since then, we found it with great pleasure my husband and me for the sale of my mother-in-law's house (recently passed away).
Nothing has changed, the same agency and Matteo himself, what to say. . . two months and with the Christmas holidays in between the house was sold satisfactorily.

È un passo davvero troppo importante. Ebbene, Matteo mi ha seguita, rassicurata, si è messo a completa disposizione. Credo che quando un cliente si sente coccolato, ascoltato e al sicuro è perché AL SUO FIANCO ha un vero professionista. Sono certa che anche in futuro Matteo sarà un punto di riferimento su cui contare. Non posso fare altro che consigliare a chiunque ne necessiti di mettersi in contatto con lui, perché non ne resterà deluso!!!

Volevamo ringraziare Sara che fin dal primo appuntamento ci ha fatto sentire seguiti e valorizzati distinguendosi dalle altre agenzie. Poi Matteo con cui stiamo continuando la pratica, sempre sul pezzo e con tempi celeri!

After 3 proposals gone wrong we are finally here: we turned to Tempocasa Lambrate and everything is going well, in a few weeks we will have our little house! Matteo Perego è un professionista serio, cortese, affidabile e disponibile, pronto a venire incontro a tutte le mie esigenze, portando a termine, con successo, l’incarico in tempi brevi. Io non vivo a Milano e mi sono affidato a lui che, nonostante i 700 km di distanza, è stato sempre presente, quasi un mio “alter ego” in loco per la gestione dell’operazione di compravendita di un immobile a Lambrate. L’aspetto più importante e che apprezzo di più è quello per cui Matteo Perego, come pure l’intero staff, segue il cliente dal momento in cui varca la soglia del suo ufficio fino a quando esce dallo studio del notaio a rogito concluso curando nei minimi dettagli tutta la parte burocratica. Tutto ciò è rassicurante ed è un servizio che pochi agenti offrono. Grazie infinite Matteo e saluti a tutto lo staff.
