Ho voluto provare la "delicata" (pomodoro, mozzarella, gamberetti, granella di pistacchio e scorza d'arancia) con impasto alla curcuma ed è stata una delle migliori pizze che abbia mai mangiato in vita mia. Si sentiva l'odore e il sapore dell'arancia, una felice scoperta. Anche la pizza senza glutine era abbastanza buona. Sicuramente migliorabile ma superiore a tante altre alternative presenti nel territorio. Considerando che abbiamo preso due antipasti di pesce fuori menù (cozze scoppiate e insalata di polpo), le pizze, acqua e Coca Cola, la cena non è stata cara. Non ero mai stato ancora in questo locale, ci tornerò più che volentieri in futuro. Nice place and serious and friendly staff. The menu has a good assortment of pizzas and different types of dough. I wanted to try the "delicate" (tomato, mozzarella, shrimp, chopped pistachio and orange peel) with turmeric dough and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten in my life. The smell and taste of the orange could be felt, a happy discovery. Even the gluten-free pizza was pretty good. Certainly improved but superior to many other alternatives present in the territory. Considering that we took two fish off the menu appetizers (mussels burst and octopus salad), pizzas, water and Coca Cola, dinner was not expensive. I had never been to this place before, I will be back more than willingly in the future.

Provato per la prima volta, la pizza alla risanata con impasto ai 7 cereali è la mia nuova pizza preferita. Da provare. In impasto così soffice e croccante non l’avevo ancora trovato. Sapori forti e decisi. Locale nuovo , luminoso e pulito, personale molto gentile, la rendono una delle, se non la migliore pizzeria della città! Al momento della prenotazione ci è stato detto che il coperto non lo facevano pagare perché bisogna apparecchiarsi da soli fin qui niente di strano. Le bibite sarebbero costate qualcosina in meno per incentivare il cliente. Giunti al locale, una cameriera ci fa scegliere le pizze e accomodare all'esterno dove avremmo apparecchiato e preso le cose utili per cenare( tovaglioli, posate, bicchieri ecc). La pizza si presenta buona, ben condita anche se l'impasto ricorda più una focaccia.. Il fritto misto che avevamo ordinato ci è stato portato senza le olive ascolane dopo che la cameriera stessa ci aveva detto che ci sarebbero state in sostituzione ad altro. Consiglio al personale di sala di indossare la mascherina in maniera corretta, e non sotto il mento,perché nel momento in cui portate la pizza al tavolo, non c'è alcuna distanza e sicurezza. Conto? Salatissimo. Una trentina di euro per due pizze, un fritto e due bevande. Considerando che sembrava un asporto e con la stessa cifra mangio in locali apparecchiati con tovagliato adeguato e servita dall'inizio alla fine,direi.. Esagerato! Qui invece i toppings sono scelti con cura Gli impasti leggeri e digeribili (oltre al classico anche "napoletano", tuminia (integrale), canapa e multicereali. Tante pizze tra cui scegliere, tradizionali o "gourmet". Buona selezione di birre. Servizio attento rapido e cortese. Si spera che con il caldo arrivi l'aria condizionata. Prezzi un po' più alti della media trapanese ma la qualità merita di essere pagata. E	Emanuele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due stelle conquistate meritatamente per una pizza/focaccia davvero buonissima, che mi è piaciuta tanto. Per il resto, ci sono alcune criticità. In primis, il conto: molto salato considerando due pizze, una birra, una lattina di thé e un fritto misto. Parliamo di circa 30 euro totali. Questo conto è salato soprattutto per le condizioni in cui (consapevolmente) abbiamo cenato: tavoli fuori da apparecchiare e sistemare in proprio, la commensale ci ha portato soltanto le pizze all'interno dei cartoni, come fossero da asporto. In secundis, la location non è delle migliori, non è curata e il Covid non sarebbe una scusa... ma non per tutti evidentemente. Tra l'altro, il proprietario spinge molto sul fatto che per l'emergenza sanitaria i prezzi siano stati abbassati... facendo due conti non mi risulta (rispetto al menù). E per chiudere la questione conto: spero che ci sia stato un errore nella somma o che qualcosa sia stata aggiunta erroneamente o ci si è dimenticati di toglierla dopo averla sostituita (ad esempio, una bevanda), perché sembra davvero strano. Infine, mancato rispetto delle normative anti Covid: mascherina sotto il mento che è assolutamente inutile, come sappiamo. Ciliegina sulla torta: 50 centesimi richiesti per un terzo da cartone da utilizzare per portar via la pizza rimasta. Mi è sembrato eccessivo, davvero! Vi consiglio, tuttavia, di provare la pizza da asporto (quello vero, reale, che conosciamo bene, cioè da portare a casa) perché è fantastica. Finally, failure to comply with anti Covid regulations: mask under the chin which is absolutely useless, as we know. The icing on the cake: 50 cents required for a third of a carton to be used to take away the remaining pizza. It seemed excessive to me, really! I recommend, however, to try the takeaway pizza (the real one, the real one, which we know well, that is, to take home) because it is fantastic.
