Molto consigliato. D'estate meglio mangiare all'aperto per evitare il caldo. Cozy, economical, flavors of the real Trapani without tourist additions. In varie occasioni, abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare sia le ottime pizze, soprattutto la rinomata "trapanese" preparata con un mix di semplici e gustosi ingredienti, che piatti a base di pesce appetitosi e saporiti come il cous cous e le busiate. E che dire della caponata di melanzane accompagnata da formaggio fuso tipico siciliano e piccoli panini di pane pizza.. una vera goduria! Certamente è da consigliare per assaporare piacevoli e genuine prelibatezze siciliane! C	Cuciniamo Insieme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto 2 stelle perché la pizza non era malvagia... ma se avessi preso solo i primi (pasta tipica trapanese busiate) avrei messo 0 Purtroppo non era pasta fresca e per di più precotta e pagarla 11 euro una semplice porzione.. mi sembra un'esagerazione! Pazienza... MAI PIÙ! Giunti al ristorante per cena e seduti a tavola, il personale faceva presente che il pesce chiesto poco prima non c'era, in quanto il titolare era andato a fare la spesa in pescheria e non lo aveva trovato. Mi è sembrata una presa in giro, in quanto a quell'ora le pescherie sono chiuse e normalmente in pescheria si va al mattino, quando è ovviamente aperto. Guido, il cameriere, ci accoglie con gentilezza e ci spiega che la cucina tormai chiusa ma che avrebbe organizzato qualcosa all' ultimo momento. Infatti così è stato siamo tornati altre tre volte e ci siamo trovati molto, molto bene. Cibi freschi,cucinati in maniera impeccabile,professionalità e gentilezza. Per finire un ringraziamento particolare al sig. Guido gentile simpatico e molto preparato. Se torniamo a Trapani sappiamo già dove andare a cena. Grazie. Ci siamo trovati bene e tornati altre tre volte durante il soggiorno. Pesce fresco e ben cucinato e la pizza, ordinata come stuzzichino per ingannare l'attesa, ci ha sorpreso per la fragranza della pasta e l'armonia della gustosa farcitura. Decisamente buono.
