Aderito a luglio al bonus internet PC, dopo varie peripezie la linea fissa è stata attivata ad Ottobre e fa allora il tablet compreso nell'offerta non è ancora arrivato...Tra visite in negozio e messaggi vari dove mi veniva risposto che del tablet non se ne sapeva nulla ma non era responsabilità del dealer, oggi alla ennesima visita mi viene detto che l'ordine del tablet è andato in stato annullato e, quindi, con molta probabilità non arriverà mai...MA TANTO MICA L'HAI PAGATO!!! Quindi, per riassumere il tutto, Vodafone (o il dealer non lo so) si sono intascati il bonus a me spettante di 500€ e io mi devo ritenere fortunato per avere lo sconto sulla linea (valore per me di € 240) tanto il TABLET MICA L'HO PAGATO!!! Se poi vuoi telefona al servizio clienti che, magari, se gli dici che cambi gestore ti prolungano lo sconto!!! Lavorando al pubblico mi sembrano barzellette che certe attività commerciali siano ancora aperte... Complimenti a Vodafone per la scelta dei propri dealer!!! A star because you can't put zero ... Senza controllare sul computer mi hanno dato informazioni sbagliate, che ho potuto riscontrare poco dopo andando in un altro centro voadone vicino. Non capisco perché si debba dire una cosa a caso quando tutte le informazioni le possono controllare sul pc. I went to ask for information, quite trivial, on a tariff abroad.
