★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliatissimo. Sono andata al negozio a fare una ricarica, mi hanno detto che avevo promozioni a pagamento, e mi hanno chiesto il cellulare (cosa che prima di tutto, non è normale!)
Successivamente mi è arrivato un messaggio della vodafone in cui mi dicevano che l’offerta era stata attivata. Sono tornata indietro e hanno negato di aver fatto niente. HO TELEFONATO il servizio clienti della vodafone e mi hanno detto che mi hanno disattivato la vecchia promozione e attivato un’altra. Allo stesso prezzo! I furbi credevano che pagando lo stesso prezzo non me ne sarei accorta!!!
Sono tornata, e hanno negato fino all’ultimo. Ma io oltre la recensione non mi fermo qui. Li segnalerò alla vodafone
Not recommended. I went to the store to top up, they told me I had paid promotions, and they asked me for my cell phone (which, first of all, is not normal!)
Subsequently, I received a message from Vodafone in which they told me that the offer had been activated. I went back and they denied doing anything. I PHONE Vodafone customer service and they told me that they deactivated the old promotion and activated another one. At the same price! The smart ones believed that paying the same price I wouldn't have noticed !!!
I returned, and they denied until the last. But I will not stop here beyond the review. I will report them to vodafone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Stelle! I ragazzi dello store sono veramente molto gentili e disponibili, nonostante Vodafone dopo un mese ancora non mi ha inviato il modem i ragazzi hanno provveduto a darmi un modem che avevano loro in negozio e mi hanno fornito anche la scheda! Consiglio di affidarvi a loro!
5 stars! The guys in the store are really very kind and helpful, even though Vodafone still didn't send me the modem after a month, the guys gave me a modem they had in the shop and they even provided me with the card! I recommend that you rely on them!
