★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA ESPERIENZA...Entrato per chiedere informazione per una tariffa da utilizzare per l'allarme. Conclusione nessun consiglio ma in cambio mi sono ritrovato attivato tariffa per giunta a pagamento (cosa che non mi avevano detto) su due numeri Vodafone intestati a me. Per fortuna che me ne sono accorto che le tariffe erano gratis per il primo mese e poi si rinnovavano automaticamente al costo di 15 euro mensili(NON DETTO DALLA SIGNORINA....). Per giunta tariffa inutile, sms e giga illimitati, quando io ho già tutto incluso CON SOLI 7 EURO. STATE ATTENTI COMPORTAMENTO MOLTO SLEALE.
 BAD EXPERIENCE ... Entered to ask for information on a rate to use for the alarm. Conclusion no advice but in exchange I found myself activated on a paid rate (which they had not told me) on two Vodafone numbers in my name. Luckily I realized that the rates were free for the first month and then automatically renewed at a cost of 15 euros per month (NOT TOLD BY THE LADY ....). Moreover, useless fee, unlimited sms and giga, when I already have everything included WITH ONLY 7 EUROS. BEWARE VERY UNFAIR BEHAVIOR.

Fino ad oggi ottima condizione dello store, tanto è vero che decido di fare un contratto presso di loro.
Mi serve Giovanni, ragazzo gentile e garbato, magari non espertissimo perché dopo aver concluso il tutto mi chiede una ricarica di €25 per pagare €22 di attivazione che devono perforza prendere dal credito e quindi 3€ rimarranno nella scheda anche se non saranno utilizzate. Mi sta bene, pago la ricarica e vado via.
A casa mi accorgo che nel frattempo mi addebitani €22 dalla carta di credito e che effettivamente il mio credito è ora di € 25, quindi Giovanni mi ha fatto fare una ricarica non necessaria ma soprattutto non posso beneficiare del credito mai visto che ho una promozione che non sforzerò mai.
Ma capisco il tutto ed cmq devo dare atto che Giovanni ha fatto tutto in buona fede, ed è stato ripeto molto gentile.
Il problema nasce dopo, quando mi reco al negozio e segnalando il problema ad un' altro ragazzo perché Giovanni non era presente.
Questo mi risponde che il collega ha sbagliato ma purtroppo noi ora non possiamo farci nulla e che ora mi dovevo arrangiare. A me non sembra giusto e ribadivo il concetto e lui non volendo nemmeno ascoltare mi minaccia di chiamare la sicurezza . Dietro di lui c'era un signore presente anche il Giorno dell' acquisto che sarà o il titolare o un supervisore e che non interviene.
Sono Fortemente DELUSO del comportamento dello staff e che ora devo pensare che fino a quando devi acquistare e fino a quando non nascono problemi a fare le persone gentili non ci vuole niente e poi..... dobbiamo ARRANGIARCI!!!!

I need Giovanni, a kind and polite boy, perhaps not very expert because after completing everything he asks me for a top-up of € 25 to pay € 22 for activation which they must take from the credit and therefore € 3 will remain in the card even if they will not be used. It suits me, I pay the top up and go away.
At home I realize that in the meantime they charge me € 22 from my credit card and that actually my credit is now € 25, so Giovanni made me do an unnecessary top-up but above all I can not benefit from the credit ever since I have a promotion that I will never try.
But I understand everything and anyway I have to acknowledge that Giovanni did everything in good faith, and I repeat he was very kind.
The problem arises later, when I go to the shop and report the problem to another boy because Giovanni was not present.
This replies that the colleague made a mistake but unfortunately we can't do anything about it now and that now I had to make do. It doesn't seem right to me and I reiterated the concept and he, not even wanting to listen, threatens to call security. Behind him there was a gentleman also present on the day of the purchase who will be either the owner or a supervisor and who does not intervene.
I am Heavily DISAPPOINTED with the behavior of the staff and that now I have to think that as long as you have to buy and as long as there are no problems making people nice it doesn't take anything and then ..... we have to GET OUT !!!!

Inoltre, c’è la sicurezza che la maggior parte dei telefoni in commercio e le nuove uscite sono disponibili e quindi non bisogna attendere giorni per riceverlo o addirittura virare su altre scelte.
Il personale è molto cordiale e si è messo sempre a mia disposizione.
