MI hanno chiamato diverse volte (tipo stalker) per comunicarmi che avrei potuto utilizzare gratuitamente a fine ottobre il loro servizio. Con le credenziali comunicatemi a suo tempo, non si collegava. Ho mandato una mail al servizio clienti e zero risposte. Ieri ho provato a collegarmi all' area riservata e anche in questo caso le credenziali non erano valide. contattato nuovamente il servizio clienti tramite email e sono stato ignorato nuovamente. meglio rivolgersi ad altri operatori

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente Icaro da circa un anno. Il servizio si appoggia sulla Rete Wind-Tre, quindi la qualità della ricezione non dipende da loro, ma da quanto siete vicino ai ripetitori. Con una antenna esterna ho risolto tutti i miei problemi. Molto veloce e abbastanza stabile a tutte le ore. Ma soprattutto ho disdetto con la Telecom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggior connessione non c'è, da contratto *dovrei avere una 40mb*, dovrei perché c'è il semplice fatto che sto sempre sui 5, poche volte arrivo sui 10/15, il ping è sempre alto e da settimane che la connessione, tra l'altro, mi crasha di continuo, probabilmente cambierò compagnia poiché non se ne può più. Servizio clienti disastroso e maleducato. In un fornitore di internet così fallimentare non c'è nemmeno un pó di serietà per aiutare il proprio cliente con i problemi che crea la compagnia. La sconsiglio a tutti e per favore non cadete nel mio errore di fare un contratto con quest'ultimi
