Al mio compagno gli avevano fatto un abbonamento sim, dicendo che avrebbe avuto gratuitamente il telefono fisso (che non ci serviva,perché non abbiamo la rete fissa) ma quando è arrivata la prima bolletta hanno scalato i soldi del telefono fisso.
In più per il recesso devi aspettare 2 anni di contratto e ci siamo ancora dietro.

My partner had been given a SIM subscription, saying that he would have a landline phone for free (which we didn't need, because we don't have a landline) but when the first bill arrived, they deducted the landline phone money.
In addition, for the withdrawal you have to wait 2 years of the contract and we are still behind it.
