★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decido di tornare in Vodafone e mi reco nel loro store, firmo il contratto e chiedo come da contratto di disattivare dei servizi accessori nel momento stesso della sottoscrizione e si rifiutano perché la SIM non è attiva, sebbene non appena inserita funzioni. Leggo in serata della nuova modifica contrattuale unilaterale e decido di recedere. Come scrive Vodafone stessa puoi effettuare un recesso nei loro store. Tranne in questo qua. Sgarbati, scortesi, incompetenti e presuntuosi. Fortunatamente gli operatori del 190 hanno provveduto a segnalare lo store in amministrazione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo staff dopo quasi mezz'ora di attesa per una semplice stampa della mia fattura mi hanno fatto negativa, sono dovuto andare alla Vodafone di via Vittorio Veneto, che hanno stampata senza problemi e soprattutto senza fare storie, io non so chi gestisce questi centri ma sicuramente quello del Katanè e molto disattendo con i suoi colleghi. Sveglia ⏰ non è la prima volta che succede !!!
