★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cordiale, disponibile, unico problema è che dovrei firmare un contratto senza vedere le condizioni,per esempio per quanto tempo il prezzo è bloccato! Così se dopo SEI mesi il canone ti raddoppia devi riattivarti per una soluzione. Ti dicono che il contratto le arriverà a casa.. Ti immagini: vado a comprare una casa e vedo il contratto dopo averlo firmato!! E poi ci lamentiamo delle sorprese???
Friendly, helpful staff, only problem is that I would have to sign a contract without seeing the conditions, for example how long the price is locked! Purtroppo ho firmato senza vedere cosa firmavo... E questo è stato colpa mia perché mi sono fidata.... Sono tornata più volte a lamentarmi ma loro nn sanno cosa fare... Ti rispondo inutilmente e nn cercano nemmeno di risolvere il problema!!! Poco affidabili.
After about 2 months that I have been unluckily by these gentlemen I have encountered big problems with my Contractual telephone rates. Unfortunately I signed without seeing what I signed ... And this was my fault because I trusted it .... I came back several times to complain but they don't know what to do ... I answer you in vain and they don't even try to solve the problem !!! Not very reliable.
