A parte la maleducazione della ragazza che mi ha apostrofata dicendo ‘ma non lo vedi perché non funziona??’, alla mia richiesta di lumi circa il guasto, al momento del ritiro sono stata costretta a tornare più volte (sentendomi anche dire che dovevo sbrigarmi e che allo scadere di un certo lasso di tempo la riparazione sarebbe costata di più), perché il bancomat è rotto da quasi tre mesi ormai… il che mi fa pensare che sarà sempre rotto, fra l’altro. Se non sbaglio accettare il pagamento con moneta elettronica da qualche tempo è un attimino obbligatorio o mi sbaglio? Il controsenso di minacciare di far pagare di più a fronte di un loro disservizio così grossolano è veramente comico. Comuqnue viste le risposte senza senso date agli utenti che si lamentano dovrebbero suggerire il tenore delle eprsone che lo gestiscono. I brought a phone that needed a replacement piece. Al di là del fatto che 25 euro e 3 giorni per montare un pezzo di scocca già acquistato a parte mi sembra un po' eccessivo visto che ci vogliono letteralmente 2 minuti a farlo, sono rimasta davvero basita dalla maleducazione della persona che mi ha ricevuta. Sembrava che le avessimo fatto uno sgarbo ad entrare. Spero fosse un caso ma non consiglierei questo posto neanche al mio peggior nemico. La vostra risposta dimostra esattamente la vostra maleducazione, che è proprio il motivo del mio voto negativo. Sul prezzo ho espresso un commento marginale, che comunque ho tutto il diritto di fare. Sono proprio curiosa poi di sapere quali siano e cosa c'entrino le autorità competenti, e comunque le offese le rivolgi ai tuoi amici. Ecco, magari anche in italiano corretto, questo sconosciuto.
