Gruppo eterogeneo di 20 colleghi, con diverse aspettative e diverso livello di conoscenza della città, tutti molto contenti e piacevolmente sorpresi dalla novità. Ben organizzato, con in più la simpatia e gentilezza di Sara. Raccomando. Excellent treasure hunt experience, which allowed us to get to know unusual parts of Venice and historical curiosities. Diverse group of 20 colleagues, with different expectations and different levels of knowledge of the city, all very happy and pleasantly surprised by the news. Well organized, with the added sympathy and kindness of Sara. I recommend.

La presentazione del sito fa intuire che si tratti di una gita organizzata, mentre poi in realtà non si vede in tutta la giornata una persona di VivoVenetia, né un cartello, e se chiamati al telefono non rispondono. Si tratta, in realtà, di un biglietto di linea venduto con un sovrapprezzo e con gli orari coordinati per poter visitare le tre località. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata piacevole, ma non c'è stato alcun valore aggiunto da parte di VivoVenetia. I was with VivoVenetia on a trip to Torcello, Burano and San Francesco. The presentation of the site suggests that it is an organized trip, while in reality you do not see a person from VivoVenetia, nor a sign, and if called on the phone they do not answer. In reality, it is a scheduled ticket sold with a surcharge and with coordinated times to be able to visit the three locations. Overall the experience was pleasant, but there was no added value from VivoVenetia.

Buona organizzazione che ci ha fatto scoprire posti e storie sconosciute di Venezia. Complimenti anche a Sara che ci ha assistito e si è divertita con noi in questa giornata. Cambio traghetto in corso di escursione, e ulteriore ritardo nella gita, tanto che il tempo perso veniva recuperato dalla permanenza nei siti da visitare: non facevamo in tempo a scendere che era l'ora di risalire sul traghetto. Costretti a pagare la differenza di €20 per poter essere riportati al punto di imbarco, all'ultimo secondo hanno deciso di sbarcarci in in altro punto della laguna (e dove siamo......boh!!!). Però si sono presi lo stesso i soldini extra, altrimenti ci avrebbero sbarcati subito!!!! A oggi non abbiamo neppure una regolare ricevuta dell'extra pagato. Escursione dichiarata di 4ore e mezzo invece: Partenza h.12 rientro h.19. 7 ore di cui permanenza sulle tre isole,: h.1 Murano h.0,45 Torcello h.0,30 Burano, quando siamo sbarcati a Burano la guida ci ha dato un coupon da spendere in negozio dell' ' isola, purtroppo ritardo enorme e il negozio stava chiedendo. Coupon rimasto in tasca inutilizzato !! Perso coincidenza con bus in Piazzale Roma, preso taxi con €35 di servizio per ritornare in hotel. Quanti guai abbiamo subito!!!! Escursione da DIMENTICARE. GRAZIE VIVOVENETIA !!!!! NEGATIVE Rough organization. Respect for the customer who pays ZERO. Ferry change during the excursion, and further delay in the trip, so much so that the lost time was made up by staying in the sites to visit: we didn't have time to get off that it was time to get back on the ferry. Forced to pay the difference of € 20 in order to be brought back to the boarding point, at the last second they decided to disembark at another point in the lagoon (and where we are ...... boh !!!). But they took the extra pennies anyway, otherwise they would have landed us immediately !!!! To date we do not even have a regular receipt of the extra paid. Declared excursion of 4 and a half hours instead: Departure h.12 return h.19. 7 hours of which stay on the three islands: h.1 Murano h.0.45 Torcello h.0.30 Burano, when we landed in Burano the guide gave us a coupon to spend in the shop of the island, unfortunately delay huge and the shop was asking. Coupon left in your pocket unused !! Missed connection with bus in Piazzale Roma, took taxi with € 35 service to return to the hotel. How many troubles we have suffered !!!! Excursion to FORGET. THANKS VIVOVENETIA !!!!!
A	ANTONINO BOEAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La posizione è la migliore che si possa avere a Venezia, arrivando dalla stazione non ci sono da fare ponti con gli scalini, per uno che ha vissuto a Venezia per quattro anni è davvero qualcosa di mai visto. La reception è sempre molto gentile è disponibile, i ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sono tutti giovani e dalla mentalità molto aperta. È un piacere scambiare due chiacchiere con loro e questa loro accoglienza ti fa sentire subito come a casa. Davvero consigliato! La struttura poi è nuova è dotata di tutti i confort, anche queste caratteristiche difficili da trovare a Venezia. The location is the best you can have in Venice, arriving from the station there are no bridges with the steps, for someone who has lived in Venice for four years it is truly something never seen. The reception is always very friendly and helpful, the guys who run the structure are all young and very open-minded. It is a pleasure to chat with them and their welcome makes you immediately feel at home. Really recommended! The structure is new and equipped with all comforts, even these characteristics are difficult to find in Venice.

Sara è stata perfetta nel capire le nostre esigenze ( eravamo un gruppo di 50 persone con tanti bambini). Il nostro soggiorno si è svolto senza alcun intoppo, abbiamo fatto una visita guidata dedicata di Chioggia dedicata ai bambini ed un simpatico giro in Bragozzo. Abbiamo soggiornato in un camping dove i bambini ( e i grandi) si sono davvero divertiti. Consigliatissimo! I contacted this agency after finding it on the internet, I found extreme availability and professionalism. Sara was perfect in understanding our needs (we were a group of 50 people with many children). Our stay went without any hitch, we had a dedicated guided tour of Chioggia dedicated to children and a nice tour in Bragozzo. We stayed at a campsite where the children (and adults) really enjoyed themselves. Highly recommended!

I pulled up the address on Google maps, we walked to the point given and that was shown on the map.It did not take to a shop. We copied the address and put it back into the map and thought it was showing something else so we walked over there. Nothing! We could not find where we were supposed to go. Waking in the rain with two crying kids. We went into a museum and showed the address to a local. He said he wasn’t sure as there was no address. So even a local didn’t know. When I contacted them and asked if we could why a refund they have been nothing but curt, rude and mean. I will be disputing the charge to my Visa card. There customer service is not good. I would not treat my clients this way.
