★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto l'architetto Barozzi attraverso un amico con il quale stavo concludendo delle pratiche per un affitto di un mio negozio.
Avevo questa urgenza in quanto l'ingegnere che stava seguendo le pratiche catastali e comunali purtroppo è venuto a mancare.
Mi sono rivolto quindi ad un geometra che però sin da subito dimostrava una tempistica troppo lunga ed onerosa.
Sentito L'architetto Barozzi e messo in essere la mia urgenza, sin da subito ha dimostrato di essere dinamica e professionale.
Mi ha risolto in brevissimo tempo il tutto avendo cura di riunire i vecchi documenti ai nuovi per poterli presentare al Comune, e devo dire che con tutto il rispetto per il geometra, il prezzo finale mi ha stupito in quanto non pensavo che un architetto avesse la parcella inferiore al geometra, o forse con i tempi di crisi sono i geometri a far lievitare le stesse? Grazie Marika!
Valida al 100% e sicuramente in futuro, se ne avessi bisogno mi rivolgerò a lei senza esitare.

 I met the architect Barozzi through a friend with whom I was concluding paperwork for renting my shop.
I had this urgency because the engineer who was following the cadastral and municipal practices unfortunately failed.
I turned then to a surveyor but right now proved too long and expensive timing.
Heard the architect Barozzi and put in place my urgency, right from the start he proved to be dynamic and professional.
I solved very quickly all taking care to bring together the old documents to new to be able to present to the City, and I must say that with all due respect to the surveyor, the final price surprised me because I did not think that an architect had the parcel less than the surveyor, or perhaps with the times of crisis are the geometers to leaven the same? Thanks Marika!
Valid 100% and certainly in the future if I need it I will turn to her without hesitation.
