★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only say how disappointed I was from my stay in this resort.
The staff was unprepared for our arrival. Our room had a clogged sink, we were shown to another room which was not prepared with the same amenities and therefore felt like a downgrade.
The hotel is located 3 minutes away from the airport without free shuttle. The hotel requests a payment of 15 euros for this service... when calling a taxi - they said our hotel should have free shuttle from airport.
And finally, we were awaken by construction work inside the hotel for which we hadnt been informed about.
