F	FABRIZIO RIVA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEGOZIO BEN FORNITO E CON BUONI PREZZI,Ma il personale lascia al quanto desiderare.Arrivo alle 11…faccio un giro di ricognizione per vedere delle pianti arrampicanti… Non essendo pratico di Giardinaggio mi reco alla cassa chiedo se qualcuno mi può consigliare. La signorina chiama un collega che non si trova e mi invita … tra vari brontoli con una collega addetta alle confezioni di provare andare avanti e chiedere… Alla fine trovo un signore (l’unica persona competente e gentile)che mi da’ degli ottimi suggerimenti e compro quanto richiesto. Nel pomeriggio torno per comprare del terriccio che mi mancava.Mi accorgo che sono senza mascherina… chiedo alla stessa signorina alla cassa del mattino se ha una mascherina da darmi… chiaramente sottolineo che l’avrei pagata… Mi risponde che non ne hanno e mi invita ad uscire…. Torno in auto e trovo la Benedetta mascherina… Rientro ultimo L’acquisto per comodità e faccio presente alla cassa che una cortesia a pagamento non sarebbe guastato. La prossima volta penso tornerò nel negozio dove mi sono servito…. Magari pagando qualcosa in più dove è compreso anche un sorriso nel prezzo che in questi periodi non guasta… SHOP WELL SUPPLIED AND WITH GOOD PRICES, But the staff leaves what is desired.Arrivo at 11 ... Last return The purchase for convenience and I point out at the checkout that a paid courtesy would not be spoiled. Next time I think I'll go back to the shop where I served myself…. Maybe paying a little more where a smile is also included in the price which in these periods does not hurt ...

Spero sempre di trovare il signore al confezionamento perché è l unico che fino ad ora abbia fatto confezioni presentabili create con un minimo di passione che richiede il lavoro. Un foglio di carta legato con un nastrino e stop...1 euro ? E poi in cassa (distrazione mia ...)manco ti chiamano indietro se si accorgono che hai dimenticato la' una decorazione... pagata. Non puoi confezionare in questo modo orrendo e avere anche il coraggio di farti pagare la confezione. Good but not great. Nice nursery and beautiful Christmas decorations but as packaging it is really worth it. You can't pack in this hideous way and even have the courage to charge for the packaging.
Y	Ylenia Bicego on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente fedele di questo vivaio, ha sempre molta scelta e i prezzi sono davvero buoni. In particolare per quanto riguarda le orchidee e le piante da interno. Ma la cortesia delle dipendenti lascia spesso a desiderare. Vi racconto la mia esperienza. Oggi ho comprato tre orchidee, e pagato quanto richiesto senza pensarci, tanto più che c'era una sola cassa aperta e 6 persone in fila. Appena sono arrivata alla porta, ho fatto due conti e una delle orchidee mi è stata fatta pagare di più, 10€ invece di 6€. Torno subito dalla commessa che mi dice "eh l'orchidea ha tre rami, costa di più". Le ho spiegato che io l'ho trovata nella sezione delle piante più economiche, e che non c'era il prezzo della pianta a 9.90€ (tutte queste hanno il cartellino attaccato sopra, proprio per distunguerle). Ulteriore risposta della commessa è stata "probabilmente una cliente l'ha spostata, io non ci posso fare proprio niente" con tono infastidito. Ed è qui che trovo la scortesia. Io mi sono posta in modo gentile, cercando una soluzione (magari potevo cambiarla? magari prendevo quella più economica e mi veniva ridata la differenza? magari me la tenevo e basta?). Invece ho trovato una cassiera malcontenta e infastidita dal mio commento. Io sono stata disattenta al prezzo e ho pagato senza controllare, ho 'perso' solo 4€, ma è lo sgarbo della cassiera che proprio non è piaciuto. Tornerò senza dubbio, ma solo per la convenienza e la varietà delle piante. I am a loyal customer of this nursery, always has a lot of choice and the prices are really good. I asked myself in a kind way, looking for a solution (maybe I could change it? Maybe I took the cheaper one and I was given the difference back? Maybe I just kept it?). Instead I found a displeased and annoyed cashier by my comment. I was inattentive to the price and paid without checking, I only 'lost' € 4, but it is the rudeness of the cashier who just didn't like it. I will return without a doubt, but only for the convenience and variety of plants.

Fanno le offerte sulle piante di grandi dimensioni per poi non dare la possibilità di portarle a casa se non possiedi un mezzo sufficientemente grande. Si perché per l'acquisto di 4 piante di bambosa con consegna a domicilio da Creazzo a Vicenza mi hanno chiesto 50 euro!!!!!!!! aggiungendo che loro non "sprecano" un mezzo per la semplice consegna di 4 piante da siepe! Pertanto per farmi desistere dalla consegna a domicilio mi hanno chiesto 50 euro di trasporto. Complimenti la correttezza e non dico altro. If I could I would give it 0 stars. They bid on large plants and then don't give the option to take them home if you don't have a large enough plant. Yes, because for the purchase of 4 bamboo plants with home delivery from Creazzo in Vicenza they asked me for 50 euros !!!!!!!! adding that they do not "waste" a vehicle for the simple delivery of 4 hedge plants! Therefore to make me desist from home delivery they asked me for 50 euros for transport. Congratulations on the correctness and I do not say anything else.
