La carrozzeria Top Car essendo convenzionata con le primarie compagnie deve attenersi a ciò che decidono i periti e non quello che vuole il cliente solo per farsi riparare ciò che non compete nel sinistro specifico. Inoltre le carrozzerie convenzionate vengono periodicamente ispezionate per rinnovare la collaborazione e se non fosse tutto a norma, il rapporto di collaborazione si chiude. Inoltre la carrozzeria TOP CAR sono anni che collabora anche con la mia compagnia e i clienti sono molto soddisfatti. Se un cliente non e d'accordo su un indennizzo devo comunicarlo in compagnia e parlare con il perito che vede la macchina e non scrivere tanto per scrivere. Inoltre hanno svolto loro tutte le attività burocratiche ed ho avuto anche un auto in sostituzione, bravi e complimenti. Super disponibili, mi hanno dato una macchina sostitutiva per tutti i 4 giorni necessari per il lavoro e mi hanno fornito disponibilità di orari e giorni per la consegna e il ritiro comodamente tramite WhatsApp. La mia auto, del 2012, ora sembra nuova!!
