★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andato per un preventivo per polizza "temporanea morte", perché convenzionato con l'Arma dei Carabinieri, ho trovato personale approssimativo e poco disponibile a valutare situazioni che differiscono dalla norma!
Ho riferito le reali patologie documentate anche con richiesto questionario medico in un'altra compagnia di assicurazione (senza convenzione) e mi hanno adeguato la polizza con un lieve sovraprezzo del premio.
Gone for a quote for "temporary death" policy, because it has an agreement with the Arma dei Carabinieri, I found approximate personnel and not very willing to evaluate situations that differ from the norm!
I reported the actual pathologies also documented with the required medical questionnaire in another insurance company (without agreement) and they adjusted the policy to me with a slight premium premium.

Non capisco le persone che dicono che il personale è scortese come vedo da due o tre recensioni ( forse sono proprio le persone che sono esigenti ,anche troppo, e vogliono pagare sempre meno per un servizio eccellente ?), anzi sono super disponibili e vengono incontro ad ogni tipo di richiesta. Ribadisco personale competente, soprattutto la ragazza che è presente in ufficio ( e risponde al telefono) che è sempre disponibile e devo dire anche molto alla mano. Top super consigliata!
Top insurance! I don't understand the people who say that the staff is rude as I see from two or three reviews (maybe it's the people who are demanding, even too much, and want to pay less and less for excellent service?), Indeed they are super helpful and come to meet to any kind of request. I repeat competent staff, especially the girl who is present in the office (and answers the phone) who is always available and I must also say very easygoing. Super recommended top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ero cliente da molti anni. A mia insaputa hanno aggiunto dei costi aggiuntivi sulla mia polizia rc che ho sbadatamente pagato. Inoltre non hanno voluto restituire la differenza dicendomi che avendo pagato con il bancomat non era possibile. Non vi nego che sono tornata in lacrime sentendomi truffata. Bad experience. I was a customer for many years. Unbeknownst to me, they added additional costs to my rc police that I carelessly paid. They also did not want to return the difference, telling me that having paid with the ATM it was not possible. I do not deny that I came back in tears feeling cheated. Goodbye Vittoria Assicurazioni.
