M	MARK BABU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho stipulato una polizza via telefono a causa di restrinzone covid19, una volta pagato sono andato a ritirare il contratto assicurativo ma con un errore sulla valutazione auto. La valutazione era meno della metà del reale valore o comunque di quello dato da altre assicurazioni. Ho chiesto di cambiare il valore e che si trattava di un errore...in sintesi mi hanno detto : questo è il valore che da il computer e non possiamo fare niente. Alla richiesta di recedere immediatamente dal contratto mi è stato negata la possibilità dicendo che loro sono agenzia fisica, anche se era stato stipulato per via telematica per restrinzioni Coronavirus. Io mi trovo a circolare esposto ad un rischio per il quale non ho garanzia assicurata, con conseguente preoccupazione e frustrazione. Ne deriva un senso di insicurezza che non è risolvibile. Aggiornamento: dopo 2 mesi tramite Sara Roma sono riuscito ad alzare il valore assicurato di 3500€ pagando la differenza per l'aumento.Ho chiesto di allinearlo con il vero valore ma anche pagando mi è stato negato. La cifra assicurata è ancora almeno 5000€ inferiore al valore dichiarato da altri portali. Spero di passare quest' anno senza aver bisogno della copertura ( che in parte appunto non ho). In allegato il valore del mezzo per l'agenzia (7700€) e il valore del mezzo per AUTOUNCLE.IT(17,900€) Non avrei mai pensato che un errore di database non potesse essere risolto da un essere umano, sopratutto di fronte all'evidenza. I find myself circulating exposed to a risk for which I have no assured guarantee, with consequent concern and frustration. The result is a sense of insecurity that cannot be solved. Update: after 2 months through Sara Roma I was able to raise the insured value by € 3500 by paying the difference for the increase.I asked to align it with the true value but even paying I was denied. The insured amount is still at least € 5,000 lower than the value declared by other portals. I hope to go through this year without needing the coverage (which I partly don't have). Attached is the value of the vehicle for the agency (€ 7700) and the value of the vehicle for AUTOUNCLE.IT (€ 17.900) I never thought that a database error could not be solved by a human being, especially in the face of the evidence.
A	Alessandro Valent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come prodotti tanto di cappello, ma trovo inammissibile che ad oggi abbiano un sistema di pagamento POS con NON accetti i pagamenti bancomat con circuito Mastercard, e quindi essere costretti a pagare in contanti o con assegni! Dove con lo stesso bancomat eseguo pagamenti OVUNQUE!!! As products, hats off, but I find it inadmissible that today they have a POS payment system with DO NOT accept ATM payments with the Mastercard circuit, and therefore be forced to pay in cash or by checks! Where with the same ATM I make payments EVERYWHERE !!!

Se veramente tale individuo esiste, in questo periodo estivo, deve aver preso un gran colpo di sole che lo ha reso incapace di ragionare. Dopo una ricerca non lo troviamo nei nostri archivi. Non ci da neppure la possibilità di risalire all'evento perché non ci riferisce precisi utili elementi in tal senso. Si nasconde. E quindi se esiste è un individuo inaffidabile. A questo punto pensiamo sia una fake news.Anche perché tutti gli operatori dell'Agenzia fondano la loro attività sui principi di : Rigore, Onestà, Disponibilità, Correttezza, Trasparenza, Ascolto, Umiltà, Coerenza.I clienti non li lasciamo mai da soli. In ogni attività ci sono dei limiti. Alcuni non superabili.Ad esempio il nostro mercuriale di riferimento per la quotazione delle auto usate è "Quattroruote". A questo ci dobbiamo attenere, così come previsto dalle Condizioni Generali di Assicurazione. Bisogna avere il coraggio di capire, di mettersi in discussione, di cambiare per essere sempre migliori, non degli altri ma, con gli altri.
